YOUR TEACHER
Zag is our Farm Manager and a co-founder of Pocket City Farms. You can usually see him pottering around the patch in a floppy straw hat, harvesting and planning for future crops, getting our awesome vollies learning hard, and generally being a solidly great human. Zag knows the ins and outs of veg growing, one of the essentials being the ability to make enough of your own compost on site.
