The Pocket City Farms team will run a demonstration on making your own sauerkraut at home. This demo session is open to all ages, though more suited to adults and older children.

This workshop is part of our Winter Solstice Farm Open Day. Pocket City Farms is a community urban farm created for our community. Our open day is an opportunity to come and join us for a celebration of the solstice while finding out more about what we do, and all the wonderful ways you can get involved.
