Come make beautiful handmade ornaments from salt dough. Not only does working with dough strengthen children’s fine motor skills, it also contributes to focus and calm. In this workshop your child will have the opportunity to make three salt dough ornaments, impressed with patterns from pinecones and leaves.
Salt dough air dries in 5-7 days, so these will be perfectly ready to go on the Christmas tree, in holiday presents, or as gorgeous bag tags on gifts. They will also be making their own hand printed Christmas wrapping paper.
Your child will take home three salt dough ornaments with twine to hang, a recipe for making more salt dough, and their own hand printed paper to wrap their Christmas gifts.
Cost: $35
Provided: All materials for making salt dough and christmas wrapping paper.
Suitable for: Children, ages 3-12.
Please note, this is not a drop off activity, we encourage parents and carers to get involved! Parents and carers are not to leave the site while their child is partaking in the activity.
