Margaret Mossakowska runs Moss House, teaching down to earth living. Moss House has grown from her desire to reconnect to her roots, to these wonderful childhood days spent in rural Poland, tending their vegetable garden, foraging for wild herbs and mushrooms and in autumn preserving hundreds of jars full of summer harvest. This is when she acquired homesteading skills, which she cultivated all her life, growing her family and during years of working in a corporation.
